DIY Chili Seasoning
I don’t know about where you are, but here in Virginia, the weather lately has been a lot more like mid-autumn than mid-spring. It’s been cold, wet, rainy and miserable lately. I guess I can’t complain. Since we can’t really go anywhere or do anything…the weather seems to fit everyone’s mood right now. The bonus to weather like this in May is that it actually feels like chili weather! And one of the great things about chili is that I can make up batches of chili seasoning and store it, and then when I do want chili all I have to do is brown some meat, chuck everything into a crock pot and dinner is done!
