Honey Granola

Published by The Flour Girl on

Granola is one of the simplest things to make at home. This recipe is so easy and is perfect on top of yogurt.

Granola has been around for a long time and was always billed as a “health food,” and maybe it still is…? I don’t know. I guess because it contains a crap-ton of fiber (no pun intended) and it’s made with natural sweeteners like honey and maple syrup instead regular sugar.

I don’t know that I would go so far as to call this healthy, but I will say you can make it better at home than anything you can buy, and you can certainly pronounce all the ingredients.

I normally make chocolate granola because, hello…chocolate…but my husband actually eats a lot more granola than I do so I like to mix things up for him. This is his favorite.

This makes little more than 3 1/2 cups and will stay shelf stable for a couple of weeks. Enjoy!
