215-ouncecans of beans, drained and rinsed(I usually use one can of kidney beans and one can of black beans.)
1/2cupfrozen corn kernels
1/4cupchili powder
2teaspoonscumin
1 teaspoonminced garlic
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoondried oregano
Instructions
Brown beef or turkey in large, deep skillet. Just before meat is done, add onions and garlic to soften. Drain.
Add meat, onions and garlic to crock pot. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Can also be simmered on the stove on low for half an hour to an hour.
