Homemade Catalina Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup mild olive oil or other neutral-tasting oil

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in either a blender or a food processor. Pulse five or six times until mixture begins to come together, then blend for 20-30 seconds until well blended. Store in the fridge. The dressing will keep for about two weeks.
