1 ¼cupall-purpose flour
½teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonbaking powder

½cupadditional white sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheets with silicone liners or parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and peanut butter on high for about 30 seconds. Add in sugar and brown sugar and cream on high for two minutes. Add in egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix into peanut butter mixture until well combined. Set in refrigerator to chill for about half an hour.
Add additional white sugar to a small bowl. Scoop chilled dough into golf ball sized portions and roll in sugar. Set onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart (they will spread). Take a fork and flatten the balls using a criss-cross pattern.
Bake a 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges barely begin to turn golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
