Chocolate Granola

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well.
  • Spread granola mixture onto prepared baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. (The granola will crisp as it cools.)
  • Store in an airtight container.
